Build the Platform Behind
Autonomous Operations

ServoAgent is being built as one operating system across acquisition, agents, dashboards, governance, and revenue workflows. We hire when there is real scope to own and improve.

What You Would Build

The work is broader than a single feature team

We are not hiring to fill generic startup templates. We look for builders who can increase platform quality across the full loop: capture demand, run agents, review outcomes, and tighten operations.

Platform orchestration

Own the connective tissue between the public site, intake flows, agent runtime, workspace controls, and dashboard operations.

Evaluation and intelligence

Improve routing, memory, retrieval, scoring, and decision loops with measurable feedback instead of demo-only AI behavior.

Growth and lifecycle systems

Build the attribution, onboarding, reporting, and expansion systems that turn product usage into durable demand.

Reliability and governance

Ship observability, auditability, permissions, and rollout controls that make the platform credible in production.

How We Hire

Clear scope first, headcount second

We open roles when the product surface, owner, and expected outcomes are real. That keeps the team small, the hiring bar high, and the work attached to measurable platform needs.

Ship across boundaries

The best work here crosses product, data, infrastructure, and go-to-market instead of stopping at a handoff.

Instrument before claiming

We care more about traceability, benchmarks, and operator feedback than inflated launch copy or vanity metrics.

Hire against live scope

We do not maintain a permanent placeholder job board. Roles open when there is clear ownership, staffing, and delivery need.

Strong Outreach

What to send if you want to work here

01

Tell us which product surface you want to improve: acquisition, agent orchestration, dashboard workflows, analytics, or infrastructure.

02

Share links to shipped work, code, writing, or systems you owned directly. Concise proof beats a long narrative.

03

Explain the highest-leverage problem you would tackle first and how you would measure whether it worked.
